Owners own the land, as stated in their deed, and the home. All owners belong to the Mariner’s Cove HOA and the monthly fee includes water and sewer, mowing grass, and trash/ recycles containers at a central location. Common areas of Mariner’s Cove community include: swimming pool, clubhouse, boat ramp (provides access to the river that goes out to the Gulf) pickle ball, and shuffle board. A Social Committee plans events throughtout the year.
